Join the LGBTQ Commission to Raise the Pride Flag at Seattle City Hall

On May 31, the Seattle LGBTQ Commission will join Mayor Bruce Harrell to raise the LGBTQ+ Pride flag at City Hall! At this event, commissioners and representatives from Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center and Lavender Rights Project will share what LGBTQ+ Pride month means to them, and members of City Council will present a Pride month proclamation. This year marks the City of Seattle’s 13th annual flag raising in honor of Seattle’s LGBTQ+ community.

This is a public event and all are welcome! Join us as we reaffirm our commitment to building a welcoming and inclusive Seattle. A reception will follow the flag raising in the Bertha Knight Landes room inside City Hall, and light refreshments will be served.
